Layer 1 — what is moving upstream
Your Macro-Financial layer, read from the publishers who set the numbers. Credit leads, because credit is what decides whether a leveraged brand outsources its risk function or cuts it. Every row carries the translation to a segment — and any row without one says so rather than sitting here as a number.
Where this intelligence comes from
Every source that feeds the system, and whether it is actually delivering. A source that is connected but silent is shown as silent — nothing here is ever left to look healthy by default.
Brand heat map
Every brand on the watchlist, ranked by what actually cleared the bar — not by how many rows arrived. An asset-protection hire outranks five hundred store postings. Brands the system cannot see at all are listed first, because those are the ones that look calm everywhere else.
What came in
Everything the system captured, filtered to what actually changed. Routine postings, unmoved prices and off-topic newsletter sections are held back — the count of what was held is shown, never hidden.
Your read
Write what you think is happening, then put a number on the questions the system has frozen. The machine has already committed its own answers — sealed, and they stay sealed until yours is in, so this measures how right you are rather than how persuadable.
Scoreboard
You, the system, and a no-skill control, once anything settles.
